Painting
With exteriors we begin with the meticulous attention to preparation—thoroughly washing surfaces, scraping loose and peeling paint, priming bare and worn areas—that we know is the key to a resilient, high-quality paint job. In addition, we do far more then typical painters. Trained in carpentry and waterproofing, we inspect the building for evidence of rot & points of water infiltration, damaged window flashings and gutter systems, and other common yet often overlooked problems. Frequently such problems, which can turn serious, and be very costly issues if not identified and addressed early. They can be repaired more easily and less expensively in conjunction with the painting project.
When working with interiors we start by completely covering our work area. Then we get right to work on patching and caulking. We also remove any items such as switch and outlet plates . Then we pole sand the entire surface to be painted. Next we use the highest quality paint available today. Before the second coat, we go over our work and fix anything that shows through the first coat. Then we pole sand again to ensure the surface is smooth and even. Finally, we top coat the surface and do a final inspection with the customer.
Siding
Siding we give you the option to customize your job. There are many types of siding some choose vinyl, others natural wood, or other green products like hardy board. We can Replace underlayment and insulate the exterior of your house with Tyvek or many other types of wraps and insulations. As well as replace your trim to everlasting solid vinyl trim, or wrap it in aluminum, or prepare it and apply a long lasting finish coat of paint.
Flooring
Our Company installs all types of flooring. The customer can pick out the tile, carpet, hardwood or laminate at any retailer and we will install it for less. We also refinish wood floors a very popular choice our customers. The price is unbeatable and we include two coats of polyeurethane with our affordable rate.
Windows and Doors
We also install custom made vinyl coated aluminnum welded windows and doors of superior quality. They are much stronger than the average vinyl construction found at you supercenters. Most double hung custom windows are $150 to $175.
